Innovative's job sites are generally within 50 miles of the Charlottesville/Albermarle area. However, there are occasionally job sites located out of town, sometimes out of state. I f you are asked to work out of town, you may be gone for weeks at a time. (Innovative will pay for your lodging, and pay you per diem, while you work out of town.)
